  • Profitable Forex Trading By Using Two Approaches

Profitable Forex Trading By Using Two Approaches

Profitable Forex Trading By Using Two Approaches
Forex is short for foreign exchange, but the actual asset class we are referring to is currencies.

    By Guy Avtalyon

If you want to be a profitable forex trader and have profitable forex trading, you have to follow some rules. You have to either win more often than you lose. The must is to win more on each trade than you lose.

    Or better yet; do both.

Doing both is truly the hallmark of a professional trader. It can be very tricky though. As you are a new trader, it is probably best to focus on one approach. See where you can go from there.

I want to show you the ins and outs of each approach and help you decide which method suits you the best.

What is the relationship between the win rate and reward ratio in forex trading?

Before everything, you have to understand the relationship between a trader’s win rate, their reward ratio, and profitability. Assuming a trader risks an average of 10 pips on a trade to make 10 pips of profit. They will need to get 50% of their trades right in order to breakeven. Only if they win more than 50% of their trades, then we can speak about profitable forex trading.

What happens if you risk 10 pips to make 20?

You are trader forex trading with a positive reward ratio and therefore you will not have to win as many trades to breakeven or turn a profit. The opposite is true for a trader who trades with a negative reward ratio e.g. risks 10 pips to make 5. Such a trader will have to win more than 50% of their trades to breakeven and even more to turn a profit. There is an inverse relationship between a trader’s win rate and reward ratio. The larger your reward ratio, the fewer trades you have to win, and the more trades you win, the less you need to win on each trade.

    What is profitable forex trading?

Forex trading with a positive reward ratio is a good place to start as a beginner. Why?

Because chances are if you are just starting out, you don’t quite yet have a talent for accurately predicting markets. Say your goal is to make twice as much as you are risking on a winning trade.  We have to do some math. If you have such a goal, then your breakeven rate drops all the way down from 50% to 33% and any wins above 33% are pure profit.

If you aim for 3 units of risk (3R) on a profitable trade, your breakeven requirement drops even further to 25%.

This advice is offered by market makers with educational background. This advice is reliable, but what they ignore to tell new traders is that it’s actually harder to make 2 x risk (2R) than it is to make 1 x risk (1R). Anyway, this approach is still a great place to start as a new trader, we just believe in an open and honest approach to forex education.

What is forex trading with a positive win rate?

Trying to score profitability via a positive win rate isn’t the best idea for new traders, because you are not yet experienced enough to get the market right more than half the time. Aiming for one unit of risk in profit has a higher chance of success than aiming for two. The other option is trading with a negative reward ratio, such as aiming for less than a single unit of risk on a profitable trade.

But there is the problem with trading forex with a negative reward ratio: the more your reward ratio drops, the more trades you need to win to turn a profit. If for example, you only aim for half a unit of risk on a winning trade, your breakeven rate rises from 50% all the way up to 66.67%. Then again, there is a higher probability of profitable forex trading and success on trades with negative reward ratios.

    Automated systems and forex signals

When looking at automated systems and forex signals, you often see systems that appear great because they are forex trading with extreme negative reward ratios. These systems will risk a hundred pips or more in order to make 5-10 pips. This can work for a long time, but eventually, volatility picks up and the stop losses start getting hit. Every stop-loss that triggers wipes out a bunch of winning trades and you start seeing sharp declines in the system’s equity curve. The characteristic of these systems is win rates above 90%. If you see a system with a win rate that high, look a little deeper. You’ll like to examine how exactly this unbelievable win rate happens.

Currency is known as an “active trader” opportunity. This type of opportunity suits brokers. That means they earn more due to the agility that accompanies active trading but it is also promoted as leveraged trading. Hence it is easier for a forex trader to open an account with a little money than it is required for trading stocks.

How to use forex trading as a hedge

You can use currency trading to hedge your stock portfolio too.

For instance, if some trader builds a stock portfolio in a country where there is potential for the stock to increase in value. But there is a downside risk in terms of the currency. For example, you might own the stock portfolio and short the dollar against another currency such as the Swiss franc or euro.

This means, the portfolio value will increase, and the negative effect of the declining dollar will be neutralized. This is good for those investors outside the U.S. who will eventually repatriate profits back to their own currencies.
With this profile in mind, this suits the best day trading or swing trading.

The other strategy of trading currencies is to understand the fundamentals and long-term benefits.

It is useful to a trader when a currency is trending in a specific direction. That means it offers a positive interest differential. Hence, it provides a return on the investment plus an appreciation in currency value.

This forex trading strategy is a “carry trade.”

Good timing is the essence of profitable trading. In both cases, as in all other trading activities, the trader must know their own personal attributes. In order not to violate good trading habits with bad and impulsive behavior patterns.

  • How Do Dividend Paying Stocks Work?

How Do Dividend Paying Stocks Work?

How Do Dividend Paying Stocks Work?
Dividends may be a sign of good stock but never invest in some stock just because of dividends it pays.

    By Guy Avtalyon

The dividend is like interest on a loan. A company that earns real money every year operates with it on three options. First, the company can reinvest earnings to make new products, find more customers, or to make business more efficient. Some companies can buy back their stock in order to own more of the company and more profits. The third way is to return some of the money to shareholders through dividends. It is very important to understand how dividends work. Stocks that pay dividends can be great to hold.

Dividends are like interest on a loan. Assume you loan your relative $1000 for a year at 5% interest. You expect to get back your $1000 plus that 5%, which is  $50 more. The dividend is that except the $1000 stays in the company because you still own part of it. It’s your part of the profit the company made.

Unfortunately, not all companies will pay dividends. Some companies don’t make the profit and they can’t pay out anything. Other companies flow all of their money back into the company to grow faster. The rule is there is no rule. What works for one business doesn’t work for others.

Is investing in dividends a good choice?

I know some people who like to receive dividend checks. For instance, some reliable companies may payout every three months. Even if the share price has small moves every year, investors still make money from these dividend payments and they don’t have to sell their shares to get that money. The check comes at the end of a certain period.

This money gets paid to all shareholders, no matter how many shares they own. The retiree who owns one share of some company gets the dividend in the same way as the wealthy hedge fund manager. The reliability of dividends gives them attractivity in investment.

    Do Stock Pay Dividends?

High dividend-paying stocks have rates of 5%, 10%, or even more.

Why they are so high? It is simple to explain. Let’s see this simplified example.

A company with a share price of $100 which pays a dividend of $1 per share every year has a dividend yield of 1%, while a company with a share price of $10 which pays out $1 per share every year has a dividend yield of 10%.

Notice that the price you pay for a stock and the growth of the business over time determine how much money you make on that stock. Keep in mind there’s no shortcut to investing little money with high returns. Unfortunately, but that’s true.

The easiest way to find if a stock pays dividends is to look at any stock research site. You will find a dollar amount for the latest dividend announced, the annual amount paid, and the current yield. Always check the dates. The point is that stock may pay out one quarter and not the next.

Is it profitable to invest in the high dividend-paying stocks?

High dividend-paying stocks are paying more than the average dividend rate. Companies that pay high dividends are considered as good companies. But they may have some other reason like to attract investors to drive up the share price. It also may be a sign that the share price has dramatically gone down recently. Sometimes this means the stock is on sale or that the company is in trouble. You can’t know this just by looking at the share price or how high is the dividend amount. You have to have better information about the company’s business and its current financials.

The company must choose to pay a dividend and the amount paid may vary. Not all companies will regularly raise the number of its dividend payments.

Is investing in stocks that pay dividends a good strategy?

Yes, especially if you want regular cash coming in reliably. Reliability is the keyword because dividends aren’t guaranteed. You still have to do your research. It is better to buy great companies, not just stocks that pay the highest dividends per share.

High dividend stocks are not necessarily a good investment. Pay attention do they pay them every year, every quarter or does a certain company follow a regular schedule for the rise of its payment amount. It is possible to make more from dividends every year per share than you initially paid for the stock. Keep in mind this the tricky part of a dividend yield of stocks; it’s always calculated relative to the current price, not what you paid. A company that pays a huge dividend is a warning sign. How does the company plan to maintain its payment strategy? Is this a temporary trick to raise the stock price to fake levels? Always think about reliability.

Does value investors make money from high dividend-paying stocks?

Dividends are excellent. And value investing looks for underpriced stocks.

“What are the best stocks to invest in?” or “What are the reasons to invest in a company?”, can be the questions you ask yourself. In that case, dividends may be a sign of a good stock. But not all great stocks pay dividends, indeed. Some never do. Some pay from time to time. It depends.

If you pick a powerful company that gives you a check every quarter and if the price is right relative to the value, then you have no problem. That gem belongs to you.

  • Successful Forex traders – What are the characteristics of them?

Successful Forex traders – What are the characteristics of them?

    2 min read

    successful Forex traders

As we know almost 95% of Forex traders fails. But 5% have success.

So what is it that puts these traders in the top 5 percent?

Typical reasons such as experience, discipline, and fortitude?

We’ve all heard about that. But what is it that really makes them spot?

In this article, I’m going to analyze lesser-known characteristics that successful Forex traders have in common.

When I say successful Forex traders I mean consistently profitable.

    Let me be crystal clear.

So many people talk about whether anyone can consistently profit from trading Forex.

I know because I made big research for finding proof on the internet. I found articles, testimonials, videos… And what I found is that is the truth.

Anyone can make consistent profit trading Forex and don’t ever let anyone tell you something different.

    And what did I find?

    What’s the secret to success?

I have to say, the only secret is that there is no secret.

But there is a piece of advice that will fully determine whether or not you are profitable. It’s a kind of habit.

Every single successful Forex trader has it in common, and it’s not something you can negotiate.

    Successful traders never give up!

I know because I found the stories.

The ones about how some man tried for 3 years to make this Forex thing work, but with poor result. And he thought he just wasn’t for it. He failed because he didn’t recognize that his breakthrough moment was waiting for him just around the corner.

    That is the problem.

There are so many traders who were fighting for years and suddenly took a break just before they made progress.

I know, they were exhausted by a large number of failures. But if they had a couple of trades more, they would have succeeded.

Never give up! This applies to all important things in life, but it’s never been truer than it is when it comes to becoming a successful Forex trader.

    They don’t “lose”

Ok, every Forex trader has losses. That’s true.

But, there is some difference between how the novice trader loses and how the successful Forex trader loses. What makes this difference?

    In one word –  mindset.

Most novices in the Forex market view a loss as a bad thing.

Oh, no! It’s only one step on your way to winning.

The successful trader doesn’t view it as bad or wrong. It’s not a penalty because the Forex market isn’t able to do such things.

Forex market doesn’t know where you entered the market or where your stop loss was.

So, where you find a possibility to be punished? Nowhere, it is completely impossible.

Yes, I know! Making money is much more enjoyable than losing money.

If your trade doesn’t go your way doesn’t mean you should take it personally or emotionally. Stop to think like this and prevent this hole to be deeper! The successful Forex trader has the mindset that a loss is simply feedback.
    successful Forex traders
Losses are useful, they are very good teachers, they can be a powerful way to learn. Even a trade that ends up as a loss can be the right decision. How is that possible? If you’ve defined your edge, and the setup met all of your criteria to enter the market, then you did all you can do. The rest is up to the market. But some days the market just doesn’t play along. It isn’t your fault.

Instead of giving up, you should ask yourself “would I take this same setup again next week if it presented itself?”

If your answer is YES you are on the right path. But every time your answer is NO, you need to take a step back, figure out where something went wrong and correct it for the next trade.

Each loss is an investment in your trading education. This is a constructive way of spending your own money. It is an investment with the best Forex trainer in the world – the market.

    They use price action

Actually, they are using some form of price action as part of their trading strategy.  Because price action plays a major role in any strategy.

It can develop and make stronger any trading strategy by providing areas to watch for potential entries as well as profit targets.

A successful Forex trader has defined edge.

Why the edge is so important?

An edge is everything about the way you trade. An edge can help you to put the odds in your favor.

Edge is a combination of the time frame you trade, your risk to reward ratio, the key levels you’ve identified, the price action strategies you use, etc.

It is also important for your pre and post-trade routine. How do you handle losses or what do you do when you win? All of this, make up your trading edge.

You don’t have to master all of these factors that make up your edge at once or to start putting the odds in your favor.

It is better to master one set of factors and then leisurely expand to others to further clarify your edge.

What are the characteristics of successful traders? 3

This should be the favorite way to learn. Become a master of two or three factors. You’ll find much less stressful than trying to become good at twenty factors. When you’ve mastered three or four things, expand the others to put together the odds in your favor.

Successful Forex trader never tries too hard.

Because the successful forex traders know, trying hard is a sign that something isn’t right. Trying to force a trading strategy to work will only lead to destructive behavior, such as emotional trading.

I remember the story of my friend when he first started trading Forex. He was spending countless hours studying setups. He spent hours and days and weeks doing so, ending up taking a completely different trade setup only to watch the original setup move in the intended direction without him.

He was trying too hard to make it work. As soon as he stopped over-analyzing trade setups and trying to make them work, his profit curve started to rise.

Now he is spending 20 minutes per day looking at his charts.

They think in terms of money risked.

You’ve never met a successful Forex trader who didn’t know how much money they were risking on any given trade.

Surprising, the small number of traders don’t think about how much money is at risk before opening a trade. This is because they’re using an arbitrary percentage to calculate risk, such as one or two percent of their trading account balance.

The trader’s only interested in how much money is at risk – they could care less about the percentage. They always define their risk in terms of money.

They may use a percentage as an entrance of how much they’re allowed to risk, but when it comes to fully accept the risk before putting on the trade, they think only about money.

And successful Forex traders know when to walk away.

Walking away can be especially difficult after a trade. Our emotions are running wild and often take the best of us. Taking a break after a win will allow your emotions to settle. After the win, you may feel excited and proud of yourself.

Yeah, you have every right to be. But pride and excitement are inadmissible in the Forex market.

After a loss, you can go straight to the trap if try to go through the charts again looking for a new setup. Remember, your loss in some trade is just feedback. Take it as a signal to look at what you could have done differently. Successful Forex traders never do that.

The key to becoming successful isn’t about eliminating emotions after a loss, it’s about channeling them in a way that will make you a better trader.

And let’s go to the top of this article.

The only way you can fail at becoming a successful Forex trader\ is if you give up. The next time you lose a trade just remember that not giving up is the #1 key to becoming a successful Forex trader.

    And you know what?

Becoming a successful Forex trader is a marathon, not a sprint. So, keep it in your mind!

  • Good And Bad Investment

    Good And Bad Investment

    2 min read

When you work hard to earn money and you earned a surplus that you can invest, you want to make sure it isn’t going to disappear on you. Take your time to carefully understand an investment prior to putting your money into it. It is a very important concept.

Sometimes it’s better to miss out on a great investment than it is to be involved in a bad one.

Of course, there are good and bad investments, but the question is how to tell if something is a good or bad investment.

The act of accumulating and investing wealth is a dangerous proposition.

The hardest part of the process isn’t picking the right investments, but rather, guarding our hearts from the greed of money.
We need to always be aware of the desires and possibilities, especially when money is involved.

While supposedly ”market-beating” brokers and advisors tend to profit in all market conditions. On the other side, we have the performance of the typical investor over the past 20 years. But we can precisely describe them as shockingly poor.

There is a lot of confusion surrounding investments, but truth is that investment is anything that you can buy and hold on to in order to gain value.

Literally, the investment can be anything you can buy and sell.

The key is to realize there is no such thing as a naturally good or bad investment.

What I mean is if you make right timing, you can be wrong about valuation and strategy, and still come out with a profit.
Or if your valuation is strong, you can be wrong about timing and strategy and still come out with a profit. You may have a

positive expectation with good risk management. In other words, your strategy is good.

But your profit is assured over time even though any single investment can fail on timing and valuation.

Successful investing is all in the process: risk management, strategy, and timing. It takes work and effort.

There is no one-stop solution. There is no magic pill. If you’re looking for instant solution and asking what is a good investment, your thinking is in the wrong direction.

Everything, but literally everything can be a bad or good investment, depending on the moment you enter, the strategy, the trading plan, investment plan.

For someone who is trying to identify solid investment opportunities from among various available choices, it would be helpful if you are able to identify financial opportunities as distinctively good or bad.

    However, it’s not always a black-and-white task.

Some of the processes depend on your own good perception. There are some red marks that forewarn of a potential losing bet. However, as well as some positive signs that could lead to a profitable investment.

The average investor’s investments underperformed the returns of almost every asset class. Part of the reason for this is the tendency of investors to buy high and sell low.

In times of market volatility, many investors panic and dump their stocks. They often make poor investment choices. They are seduced by the promise of high returns from investment products. That is difficult to understand and hampered with high fees.

A good investment is one that meets your goals and objectives.

A bad investment is one that doesn’t meet your goals and objectives.

To find good investments you must have an understanding of what is realistic. What kind of return should you expect on an investment? If you have a good sense of what is and is not possible you are less likely to get scammed.

You must be able to keep your eye on your chosen investment, and this is something that can be hard to do. Not all investments are easy to track in this way. The best thing to do is to make sure that your focus is primarily on material assets, as these are the kinds of things you can easily see, and they are more likely to be easily tracked too. As long as you can keep an eye on your investments, you can be sure that you are doing with it what you should be doing in order to make money.

I presented you a few essential rules you can use to avoid bad investments and recognize good.

Those are not must-follow rules. You can think of them more as guidelines. Especially if you’re a new investor, using these rules to stay away from bad investments can help you to make better choices.
And never look for the big, fast wins. You’ll be crushed.

  • Work from Home – Only Some Can Make Money From Home, What Are They Doing?

Work from Home – Only Some Can Make Money From Home, What Are They Doing?

Work from home requires discipline, focus, and commitment, but the flexibility to define that yourself.

    2 min read

C’mon, are you sure you want to go to the office every single day to the rest of your lives?

    Well, I don’t.

I’m working from home. No matter what you call it.

Remote working. Telecommuting. Work from home.

    It’s extremely popular.

And it gives me the opportunity to sit on my porch or in bed and work. Don’t try to visualize me. I’m not what you see on job boards or in stock art pictures. When people think about how to work from home.

Many imagine sleeping in late, lounging around in their pajamas and have long slowly lunches.
    Contrary!

You need to realize that even though work from home offers a great amount of flexibility, it is still a professional job and it needs to be treated as such.

I wake up, get dressed, sit in front my computer, and start to work from home.

What is one of the important advantages of work from home?

Setting office hours is one of them, having a dedicated office space, avoiding homebound distractions, and actually dressing as if you were going to an office.

That help keep your mindset sharp and focused.

    I can witness for that.

But it’s not for everyone, and some do it more successfully than others.

If you are disciplined with your time, and you don’t need a relay with co-workers throughout the day, and you are independent in making decisions, and good organized, this is the right work for you.

To be effective in work from home, you have to have the excellent critical thinking, organizational and communication skills. Along with being able to block out distractions.

It requires discipline, focus, and commitment, but the flexibility to define that yourself. If you want to work from home, of course.

The biggest benefits of working from home are its flexibility,  saving money on transportation, dry cleaning costs, lunches were eaten out, child care costs, no boss looming over your shoulder, no co-workers to interrupt you, and no dress code.

Sound pretty good, don’t you think? You must know that working from home is more productive.

But, it’s important to let friends and family know that although you’re working from home, you’re still working.

How To Successfully Work From Home

    1. Get organized – Don’t work too much or too little, get organized systems, schedules, and to-do lists.
    2. Have workspace – You should ensure that your office space imitates that of a true work environment.
    3. Plan your day – This will help you minimize your distractions and maximize your true productive times.
    4. Be computer savvy – This can make your work easier but also can give you the opportunity to have more profitable jobs. One of those kind of jobs is online trading and investing. Stocks, currencies, whatever you want.

HOW TO TRADE OR INVEST FROM HOME

Once upon a time, people relied on the services of a stockbroker, who would make buy and sell orders on the customer’s behalf.

Today, individuals are able to execute buy and sell orders themselves in a fraction of a second using computerized trading services.

But, reading online articles doesn’t make you qualified to trade.

Reading the classics of investment literature could be helpful.

However, the best way is to set aside six months to practice trading with real-world data before investing your money.

You can use some demo account and practice. After that create a trading fund and open a separate bank account for it. Do what you can to establish a fund that is separate from savings.

    Write down a trading strategy.

You have many trading strategies available on the market. You can choose your own investment strategies, but you should include the parameters on how you choose stocks or currencies, when to purchase them and when to sell.

Create a spreadsheet that tracks your investments, establishing parameters for the dates of purchase and sale and the costs involved.

Buy and sell according to your strategies, and be disciplined with your budget. There will be ups and downs, but don’t deviate from your parameters.

A lack of discipline leads to bigger losses and failure.

When you’re looking for an online broker, consider the costs of each service the brokerage provides and the level of support you will need from qualified brokers.

Choose your brokerage partner with open eyes!

Before deciding to buy or sell any stock, you should carefully research the company, its leadership, and its competition.

You don’t need a large sum of money to start.

If you prefer to be a do-it-yourself trader, you can make use of discount online broker services. One that allows you to buy and sell not only stocks but also options, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, fixed income funds, bonds, certificates of deposit, retirement accounts and more.

You will make the final decision on each investment and whether or not to buy or sell. Make intelligent decisions about what you can afford to invest. Consider investing a portion of your money in an electronically traded index fund, which holds many stocks.

There are no magical advantages, secrets that can make you more successful.

It is a misconception of beginners in trading or investing.

    Remember several things:

The professional trader doesn’t make money or have a job unless they are profitable. They realize that trading is NOT a fast and easy way to riches.

You must have a strategic trading plan, proper risk management, and simple strategies to protect your investment and reduce risk whenever possible.

Make a solid 2% gain than risk thousands of dollars for a possible 5% gain with considerably higher risk unless you are the gambler.

Long term thinking on every trade and realizing that keeping money is sometimes more important than making huge gains.

Some traders at home don’t want to take the time to learn the skill of technical analysis indicators.

If you commit time to these indicators and understanding how they work (and don’t work) I can promise you will start to trade more consistently.

And know what, those of us who have worked from home for years wouldn’t dream of going back to a corporate office.
    Ever. At any point!

  • How to Quickly Make Losses on Crypto?

How to Quickly Make Losses on Crypto?

Make losses on crypto, it sounds so impossible. But life is not the fairy tale.

    2 min read

Yes, how to quickly make losses on crypto. Of course, I didn’t make a mistake in the title. I even didn’t mean to say “how to make a quick profit”. Although that’s precisely what attracts some people to cryptos.

Because of the story of the people who bought bitcoins in the period from 2009 to 2012, and now they are wealthy, many of you can think that cryptocurrencies are a shortcut to opulence.

You can earn quick, it is not impossible,  but this quick profit goes side by side with a big risk.

Whoever loves quick earnings at high risk, should go betting or to casinos. It is much faster than earning on cryptocurrencies.
This post is for those who see the possibility of quick earnings in cryptocurrencies, and don’t see the risks.

The truth is: you can gain a suitable profit, but also you can quickly make losses on crypto.

There is no profit with no risk

Even in the world of cryptocurrencies. I’ll try to briefly introduce some of the biggest traps for insufficiently informed investors and traders who are looking for quick wages.

    Cloud mining

You’ve probably heard that cryptocurrencies are generated through the “mining” process. You can invest a certain amount of money in hardware, this hardware is set to “miners” and money starts to come.

Although many overlook the amount of work and some of the costs that exist there, it is still relatively difficult to find a miner to whom this investment is not profitable.

Anyway, chances to quickly make losses in crypto are bigger here than anywhere. The equipment is more expensive and more complicated, crypto mining has become the business of big companies. There should be no illusion about that.

There is another type of mining, which many have “harnessed”, known as Cloud Mining.

It’s a much more elegant variety. You can rent someone’s hardware to mining for you, with a fee to the hardware owner.

    That’s it! Voila!!!

However, there is one big problem: most of those who rent this hardware, don’t actually have it!

    Where is the catch?

They pay old investors with money taken from new ones.

Most of those who offer cloud mining are fraudsters. Personally, I would never invest in it, because there are a lot of possibilities to quickly make losses on crypto.

But if somebody wants, here are some things on which you have to pay attention:

    * If you buy hardware for mining, you need about a year to pay for equipment.

Honestly, there are no guarantees that you will ever repay the investment. But whoever gives you guarantees that you can through cloud mining make more than 100% a year, you can be sure he is a fraudster. If an alleged cloud mining company is not recognized, for example, on blockchain.info/pools, it’s all fraud. There is a very small possibility to find it in the “unknown” category, but this option is really very small.

    Fake cryptos
There are currencies which are presented as cryptocurrencies, and in fact, they are not. As something is not cryptocurrencies, it still doesn’t mean that it’s a scam, but you have to be very careful. When someone suggests you invest in a particular crypto, this is what you have to be aware, in order to avoid to make quickly losses on crypto:
If the income is not guaranteed by a company, but the individual who offers you this investment, then that individual is either a fraudster or unauthorized person.

    The reason is clear:

There are no guaranteed earnings in cryptocurrencies, nor anywhere else!

Also if the currency cannot be bought or sold on the free market, you should be very cautious.

In this case, there is the opportunity that price is manipulated and keep at an unrealistically high level in order to make the investment cost-effective.

Cryptocurrencies generally are open source, if they are not, you can be sure it’s fishing.

    Trading markets

Whoever is considering trading on the stock exchange should have one thing in mind: there are always more losers than winners. That mean, you have to be better than most participants and then you can earn.

All right, all the generals are great after the battle. Don’t listen the others, you have to find your own path.

If you do not have experience with trading on the stock or cryptocurrencies markets or knowledge, there is the bigger chance you will be easy prey.

That’s all I have to tell you at this moment. Let us know what do you think!
